RECO to Start Drilling January 2010: Water wells in Kenya typically cost more than $50,000. However, innovative devices and technique have been developed to utilize lawn mower engines as drilling machines and simplified wind turbines to create power for water wells in the bush country of Maasai Land at less than 1/10th the typical cost. Vocational training in water well construction that will provide for the first time drinking water to remote communities and the necessary irrigation for growing the herb that cure Malaria.
